In Alabama Gulf Shores, Orange beach and Fort Morgan ,The bride and groom both must be present. It can be very busy at the office so show up early it may take 15 to 30 minutes to obtain the license. You would get your license at the Central Office in Bay Minette.In Florida Destin, Fort Walton beach, Navarre, Pensacola, Perdido KeyYou can get your license in the county.
