Winterized CBD Crude What is it

Extracted hemp material that has also been Decarboxylated extracted and then winterized with an alcohol wash that removes the unwanted materials. This can be called Full Spectrum.
The extracted oil is immersed in alcohol and frozen that is why it is called winterized. This is done after extraction like after a CO2 extraction or other extraction has been done. This separates the cannabinoids from other compounds like waxes, Lipids, and chlorophyll to clean the oil up somewhat making it more usable.
This creates a cleaner oil vs if not winterized. The oil has a darker color and is very thick. This has a shelf life of 12 months unopened once opened it will not last as long.

The Winterized CBD Crude THC-Free Version

A THC Free version of the winterized Crude that can also be called a Full Spectrum or many will call it a broad Spectrum. This is a lower-cost way to get a THC free version that is not as clean or pure as a distilled version. It has also been Decarboxylated extracted and then winterized with an alcohol wash. This is most of the time made from the CO2 extraction process helping it remove the THC then it is winterized with the alcohol wash. This produces a lower CBD % only in the 45 to 55% range so more is needed to make say a 1000mg 30ml bottle but it cost less than the higher end Distilled version. Crystal Resistant Distillate

This is a version of Crude that is refined more and can be called a Full Spectrum and is designed for Vape Produces it can be added into a vape device and used as is or flavored as needed. It is only stable for around 3 months or so. It comes in the 45 to 55% of CBD range.

Full Spectrum Distillate – The Good Stuff

This can also be called Full Spectrum as it still has a low THC profile init. This is a more refined version of the Crude version. This is a much purer product than a Full Spectrum Crude but it cost more. Due to cost many mass-produced CBD products do not use this to save money and the customer never knows as they do not ever tell them what version of oil they are using. And most people do not know different versions exist.
This is the highest quality oil. That is more pure and more stable. Going past just the winterization of the crude versions This Oil is taken into a distillation process that removes even more of the unwanted waxes and other plant and destabilizing compounds. The result is a very clean product with an amber or maple colored look to it.

With more of the waxes and other junk being removed it has higher consecrations of CBD and other cannabinoids that you would want vs a crude and is much cleaner.
A distillate version like this can range in the 70 to 90% CBD range. and higher in other cannabinoids like CBC, CBN, CBDA and CBDV.

This is what is used for making many higher-end Tinctures, and for any Full Spectrum Product that is cleaner and more potent with higher amounts of CBD and other cannabinoids.

Full Spectrum Distillate THC Free version

This is the THC Free version of the Full Spectrum Distillate but known as the Broad Spectrum THC-Free Distillate. This also can range in the 70 to 90% for CBD and high in other cannabinoids like CBC, CBN, CBDA and CBDV.

The Distillation Process

With the distillation process, different cannabinoids and terpenes can be broke down into individualized compounds that can then be custom blended into high potent formulas. This is the future of CBD products for custom mixed powerful medicinal products.

Understanding the Making of bottles of CBD oil 30ml Tinctures

Most crude or distillate is sold in 1 Kilogram/Liter bottles. Each bottle is 1000 grams and each gram is 1000mg so each 1kg bottle can produce 1000 30ml bottles at its CBD % rate. Each Raw bottle has a CBD % rating based on the raw hemp material that was used. Crude is lower of a % than other more refined oils like distillate.

So if you are making a bottle of oil in a 30ml 1 oz bottle this can produce 1000 bottles at the CBD% amount so if the CBD% of the raw is 80% this can produce 1000 bottles of 800mg CBD with the rest being the other oil like MCT or Hemp seed as the mixed oil.
To get this up to a 1000mg of CBD in the bottle you need to do the math and come up with the extra amount you need to add in of the 80% of what every % it is till you get to the 1000mg or whatever amount you want of CBD in your bottle you are making.
When manufacturing the bottles in bulk this is all done on a large scale making large batches at once to fill the bottles.
